武汉火车站钢结构包括中央站房结构、楼面结构、雨篷结构和附属结构。中央站房和雨篷结构均为大跨度空间双曲双拱结构,其中中央站房主拱支撑最大跨度达116m,在安装过程中桁架自身柔性较大,变形控制难度很大。武汉火车站大跨度异形空间曲面钢结构通过施工前模拟计算,施工过程中确定合理的施工和卸载顺序并进行合理预起拱,把结构变形控制在允许范围,取得较好效果。
Wuhan Railway Station steel structure includes the central station room structure, floor structure, awning structure and ancillary structures. The central station buildings and awning structures are double-curved double-arch structures with large-span space. The maximum span of the main arch of the central station is 116m. The truss itself has great flexibility and great control of deformation during the installation. The long-span special-shaped space curved steel structure of Wuhan Railway Station is simulated through pre-construction. During the construction, a reasonable order of construction and unloading is determined and a reasonable pre-arch is made. The deformation of the structure is controlled within the allowable range and good results are obtained.
