交替性文氏周期最常见于房室交界处,但也可见于房室传导系统其他部位。设想房室交界处存在上下两个阻滞区,其一发生2∶1传导阻滞,另一则呈文氏周期,故称交替性文氏周期,根据文氏周期出现的部位,可有各种不同的组合与相应的心电图改变。本文报道4例交替性文氏周期,并就它的产生机理及临床意义略加讨论。 Alternating Wen’s cycle is most common in the atrioventricular junction, but also in other parts of the AV system.
