通过案例分析法,选取来自不同层级、不同地区、不同部门的10个政府机构微博开展研究,以探究目前国内政府机构微博的内容与互动现状,具体包括微博信息的发文数量、发布时段、信息内容、信息类别、信息形式、信息来源、信息推送、语言风格、信息相关群体、信息相关层级、网民评论及态度、评论群体类型和评论回复等方面,并在研究基础上提出对策建议。
Through case study, ten government agencies from different levels, regions and departments are selected to conduct research to explore the content and interaction status of the current domestic government agencies’ microblogs, including the number of posts and posts , Information content, information category, form of information, sources of information, information push, language style, information related groups, information related levels, netizens comments and attitudes, comment group types and comment replies, etc., and propose countermeasures and suggestions based on the research.
