五味子(Schisandra chinensis Baill)在中医作为滋补强壮剂已有悠久历史。现代药理学研究发现,五味子的几种有效成份如五味子酚(schisanhenol,Sal)、五味子乙素(schizandrin B,Sin B)等对氧自由基引起的脂质过氧化有明显拮抗作用。本文采用电子自旋共振(ESR)方法研究了Sal对人多形核白细胞(polymorphonuclearleukocytes,PMNs)受phorbol myristate acetate(PMA)刺激后产生氧自由基的作用。发现Sal有较强的清除活性氧自由基的能力。为排除Sal抑制PMNs产生活性氧自由基的可能,用自旋探针测氧法检测了PMNs受
Schisandra chinensis Baill has a long history as a nourishing tonic in Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological studies have found that several effective components of Schisandra such as schisanolicide (Schisanhenol, Schizandrin B, Sin B) and other oxygen free radicals caused by lipid peroxidation obvious antagonism. In this paper, we used electron spin resonance (ESR) method to study the effect of Sal on the generation of oxygen free radicals in human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) stimulated by phorbol myristate acetate (PMA).
