1. Incidence of keratosis keratosis (AK): From 1956 to 1960 by Suki et al. reported that of 851,685 cases of dermatology at the 41 university hospitals, there were 48 cases, accounting for about 0.006% of the total. Very low. In order to study the exact prevalence of AK, the author conducted an actual survey of residents over 50 years of age in a fishing street in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1985 and 1986. Most of the residents were exposed to very strong ultraviolet rays. Results: 50 years of age or older Of the 99 subjects, 24 were visually diagnosed with AK, and 11 were diagnosed with pathological histology. In the Department of Dermatology, Nagasaki University, the total number of newly diagnosed patients over the age of 50 was 1,220. There were 9 cases of AK. About 0.7%, the number of residents of the island is 5090, and the minimum incidence of AK is also 0.2%, which is more than 30 times higher than the 0.006% reported by Miki.
