目的建立人类群体遗传空间结构分析的典型趋势面模型。方法以mtDNA系统的遗传空间结构组分分析为实例,结合典型相关分析与趋势面分析方法,应用arcGIS 9.3和SAS 9.13软件建立基于群体遗传空间结构的典型趋势面模型。结果mtDNA系统遗传结构的分析实例表明,此模型可定量地将人类群体遗传空间结构剖分为遗传梯度趋势和地理距离隔离,分离具有群体遗传学意义的遗传结构区域。结论人类群体遗传空间结构分析的典型趋势面模型,可以定量揭示和分离人类群体遗传空间结构组分特征,为阐明群体遗传学和人类学问题提供依据。
Objective To establish a typical trend surface model of genetic structure analysis of human population. Methods Taking the analysis of genetic space structure components of mtDNA system as an example, a typical trend surface model based on population genetic space structure was established by arcGIS 9.3 and SAS 9.13 combined with canonical correlation analysis and trend surface analysis. Results The analysis of genetic structure of mtDNA showed that this model could quantitatively segregate the genetic structure of human population into genetic gradient and geographic distance, and segregate genetic structure with population genetic significance. Conclusion The typical trend surface model of genetic structure analysis of human population can reveal and separate the characteristics of structural components of human population quantitatively and provide the basis for elucidating the problems of population genetics and anthropology.
