一、前言 K3合金是复杂合金化的镍基铸造高温合金,主要用作涡轮叶片和导向叶片。近几年来,在某些工厂生产的叶片中发现σ相,引起人们的关切。对于σ相问题,国外已有许多研究,但涉及到一个具体的合金,却有其特殊性,铸造合金尤其是这样。为了弄清K3合金中σ相的形成条件和析出规律,以便采取措施加以控制,我们进行了较系统的试验。
I. Introduction K3 alloy is a complex alloying nickel-base cast superalloy, mainly used for turbine blades and guide vanes. In recent years, the σ phase has been found in the leaves of some factories, arousing people’s concern. For the σ phase problem, there are many foreign studies, but involves a specific alloy, but it has its own particularity, casting alloys, in particular. In order to understand the formation of the K-phase alloy σ precipitation conditions and the law, in order to take measures to control, we conducted a more systematic test.
