机床调试时系统给定的参数不能保证实际运行时系统的动态性。针对这一问题,在数控机床驱动优化原理的基础上,详细介绍了数控机床驱动优化的过程及其在SINUMERIK 840D系统上实现优化的方法,通过圆度测试证明了该优化过程的有效性。
The parameters given by the system when the machine tool is debugged can not guarantee the dynamic of the system during the actual operation. In response to this problem, based on the principle of NC machine tool drive optimization, the process of NC machine tool drive optimization and its optimization method on SINUMERIK 840D system are introduced in detail. The roundness test proves the effectiveness of the optimization process.
