大学生村官是新农村建设中现实或潜在的领导者,其学习与工作的轨迹具有显著的跨文化特征,从跨文化管理视角对大学生村官的研究有助于进一步完善对大学生村官的认识与管理。从大学生村官成长轨迹和成长环境的特征出发,在理论分析的基础上认为跨文化适应能力和组织跨文化整合能力是大学生村官跨文化胜任力的核心内容。尝试以大学生村官人格、文化智力为前因变量和组织绩效为结果变量建立大学生村官跨文化胜任力模型,以进一步完善大学生村官的选拔标准和大学生村官培养的内容设计,从跨文化管理角度进一步提升大学生村官的管理水平。
