With the fast advancement of Chinas urbanization construction, scientific developmenturgently requires the conformity of related departments of urban planning and constructionand unification of leaders. Urban sculpture has become an important component of urbanlandscape construction, normally abides by general rules and we should necessarily carryout the discussion of the implemented organization form, the way of investment and workingpoints, etc.
