本文提出在pH9.3的硝酸铵一氨水介质中用CAS和CTAB光度测定铍,摩尔吸光系数4.4×10~4mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Sandell灵敏度指数0.0002μg BeO·cm~(-2),探讨了反应机理,拟定了含较多量铀的花岗岩中ppm级铍的测定方法。
In this paper, we propose the spectrophotometric determination of beryllium with CAS and CTAB at a pH 9.3 ammonium nitrate-ammonia solution with a molar extinction coefficient of 4.4 × 10 ~ 4mol -1 · cm -1 and a Sandell sensitivity of 0.0002μg BeO · cm ~ (-2). The reaction mechanism was discussed, and the determination method of beryllium in the grade of granite containing more amount of uranium was proposed.
