一、1992年冶金机动工作成效显著 1992年我国钢产量越上了8000万吨的新台阶,比上一年增长钢900万吨、铁750万吨、钢材860万吨、连铸坯540万吨,都创造了年增产的最高纪录。与此同时,各企业在深化改革、加快转换经营机制的同时,对设备管理运行机制如何改革也进行了有益的探索,取得一些好成绩。企业领导的设备管理意识增强,全员参加设备管理的自觉性普遍提高;认真实施检修计划和治理隐患,保证设备处于良好状态下运行;加快提高装备水平,为增产发挥了效力,狠抓新建设备的达产达效工作,为增产发挥了作用;努力推进设备管理现代化和转变运行机制的工作有发展。 随着企业的深化改革和陆续进入市场,不少企业在机动工作转换运行机制上进行了有益的试验和探索。例如武钢在学习宝钢主作业线集中一贯,辅助逐步放开的管理经验方面很有见地,他们在公司改革的大气候中,把机修生产、修建施工等辅助队伍联合起来,独立经营并逐步从公司分流出来,这样做既缩小了武钢的主体规模,又能激发这些单位广大职工的积极性,这种作法不能不说是种改革的探索。成都无缝钢管厂也把分散在生产车间的400多人的检修队伍集中起来,成立第二建安公司,除完成本厂任务,还承包了外企业的建设工程;鞍钢把各分厂的电修力量集中起来,成立了电气制?
