随着电信技术的飞速发展,电信网络结构日益复杂,作为通信系统的动力组成部分,即通信系统的心脏通信电源系统的重要性日益体现出来。近几年来,国内通信网络上与通信业务处理、疏通直接有关的交换、传输以及移动、卫星、数据通信等设备的技术发展很快。大多数已达到或接近世界先进水平。通信电源技术也随之不断发展进步,主要表现为供电方式向分布式供电发展、电力电子新技术的运用、新型电池系统的更换以及动力系统集中监控等。
