目的:对南海沿海海藻内生真菌ZJ27次级代谢产物进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合理化性质和波谱分析技术确定化合物的结构。结果:从真菌ZJ27次级代谢产物中分离得到5个化合物,分别为:核丛青霉素(1)、ochrephilone(2)、6-((3E,5E)-5,7-二甲基-2-酮基-3,5-壬二烯基)-2,4-二羟基-3-甲基苯甲醛(3)、(2E,4E)-4,6-二甲基-2,4-辛二烯酸(4)、pencolide(5)。结论:化合物1量特别大,达11 g,化合物2也有66 mg,因此本菌经优化培养可望成为药源微生物。
Objective: To study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi ZJ27 in the coastal sea of South China Sea. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the secondary metabolites of fungi ZJ27, which were: nucleocapsid (1), ochrephilone (2), 6 - ((3E, 5E) -5,7-dimethyl- 3,5-nonadienyl) -2,4-dihydroxy-3-methylbenzaldehyde (3), (2E, 4E) -4,6-dimethyl-2,4- Acrylic acid (4), pencolide (5). Conclusion: The amount of compound 1 is extremely large, up to 11 g, and compound 2 also has 66 mg. Therefore, this strain is expected to be a drug-producing microorganism by optimized culture.
