作为班主任,在教育教学中我们随时随地都要面对学生这样那样的缺点。针对这些缺点,我们正确的做法是应该用博大的胸怀去宽容他们,弱化他们的缺点,积极发现他们的优点,从细节做起,保持足够的耐心,给他们留出改正缺点的时间和机会。但是实际教育中很多班主任视学生的缺点为大疾,必除之而后快。到最后,不仅没有帮助学生改掉身上的缺点,而且还容易忽略学生身上闪光的一面。这一点,我深有感触。由此我想起了第一年刚当班主任时对一名学生缺点的特别“关注”。
As a class teacher, we have to deal with such shortcomings of students in education and teaching anytime and anywhere. In response to these shortcomings, our correct approach should be broad-minded tolerance to them, weaken their shortcomings, and actively identify their strengths, starting from the details, to be patient enough to give them the time and opportunity to correct the shortcomings. However, many teachers in actual education regard the shortcomings of students as major diseases, which will be eliminated afterwards. In the end, not only did not help students get rid of the shortcomings of the body, but also easy to ignore the flash side of the student body. This point, I am deeply touched. This reminds me of the special “concern ” for the shortcomings of a student in the first year when she was in the class.
