目的:比较不同粒度五味子饮片中五味子醇甲等6种木脂素成分含量来确定临床最佳有效利用率的研究。方法:通过HPLC法同时测定同一来源、不同粒径的五味子经过水煎煮后五味子醇甲等6种有效成分含量的对比情况。结果:粉碎组的五味子醇甲等6种木脂素成分含量明显高于不粉碎组;50,65,80,100目粉碎的五味子中五味子醇甲等6种木脂素成分含量随粒度的变细而增高,但差异性不明显。结论:粉碎组优于不粉碎组;粒度越细,加大了工作成本,故临床使用五味子时以过三号筛(50目)粗粉为宜。
Objective: To compare the content of 6 kinds of lignans such as Schisandra chinensis in different size Schisandra chinensis slices to determine the best clinical effective utilization rate. Method: Simultaneous determination of six active ingredients in Schisandra sphenanthera, Schisandra sp. Treated with water decoction of the same source and different particle sizes by HPLC was compared. Results: The content of 6 kinds of lignans in the crushed group was significantly higher than that in the non-crushed group. The content of 6 kinds of lignan in 50, 65, 80, 100 mesh crushed Schisandra chinensis was decreased with the grain size thinner Increase, but the difference is not obvious. Conclusion: The crushing group is superior to the non-crushing group. The finer the granularity, the more the working cost is increased.
