以Basmati370幼穗为起始材料，应用离体诱变技术，获得了籼稻胞质突变不育株，经测交找到保持系E49－2，并通过多代回交育成了稳定的新型不育系TRB370A。该不育系属于配子体不育型。
Using the ear of Basmati370 as starting material, a cytoplasmic male sterile line was obtained by using in vitro mutagenesis technique. The maintainer line E49-2 was obtained by crossbreeding and became a stable new type of sterile line through multiple generations of backcrossing TRB370A. The sterile line belongs to male gametophyte type.
