为了克服自适应壁风洞在模型支撑方面的困难和加大试验模型,提高试验雷诺数,西北工业大学在高速二元柔壁自适应壁风洞中开展了半模型试验技术的研究。采用基于平均流线概念的二元计算方法和以消除模型轴线洞壁干扰为目的的三元计算方法,两种方法均以沿上下柔壁中线所实测的洞壁压力分布为计算依据。试验采用有对比试验数据的AEDC WIM1T洞壁干扰测压模型,堵塞比为3.38%。在所作的试验状态下其试验结果与AEDC 4T风洞的实验结果比较吻合,表明在高速二元柔壁自适应壁风洞中采用半模型试验是可行的。
In order to overcome the difficulty of adaptive wall wind tunnel in model support and to increase the experimental model and improve the experimental Reynolds number, Northwestern Polytechnic University has carried out research on semi-model test technology in high-speed binary wall adaptive wall wind tunnel. Binary calculation method based on mean streamline concept and ternary calculation method aimed at eliminating the interference of the axial wall of the model axis are adopted. Both methods are based on the pressure distribution of the wall measured along the upper and lower soft-wall midline. The AEDC WIM1T wall-interference model with comparative test data was used in the experiment with a blockage ratio of 3.38%. The test results in the experimental state are in good agreement with the experimental results of the AEDC 4T wind tunnel, which shows that it is feasible to use the semi-model test in the high-speed binary flexible wall wind tunnel.
