心理学家们告诉我们,动机是直接推动个体趋向一定目标的内在动力,也就是说,动机是一种驱策力量,是愿望变为行动的动力。学习动机作为引起学习活动的动力机制,是学习活动得以发动、维持、完成的首要条件,并由此影响学习效果。从表现形式来看,学习动机可分为内在动机和外在动机,它主要受交往动机、成就动机及求知欲等具体动机所支配。笔者结合调查结果及平时教学实践工作积累的经验,着重从以下几点谈谈如何培养小学生学习动机。
Psychologists tell us that motivation is an intrinsic motivation that directly promotes an individual toward a certain goal. That is, motivation is a driving force and the motivation for becoming a motivation. Learning motivation as a driving force for learning activities is the primary condition for learning activities to be initiated, maintained and completed, and thus affect learning outcomes. In terms of manifestations, learning motivation can be divided into internal motivation and external motivation, which is mainly dominated by specific motives such as communicative motivation, achievement motivation and curiosity. The author combines the survey results and teaching experience usually accumulated experience, focusing on the following points to talk about how to cultivate motivation for primary school students.
