目的:观察大鼠脑缺血后纹状体内多巴胺(DA)与其代谢产物的变化以及电针风池穴对其的影响。方法:将18只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组(造模后电针风池穴治疗)。采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型。运用微透析采样,高效液相-电化学(HPLC-ED)检测,观察脑缺血后3d内纹状体内DA与其代谢产物的动态变化及电针对其的影响。结果:脑缺血再灌注后DA和高香草酸(HVA)含量下降,3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)含量略有升高;电针干预后第3天DA及其代谢产物含量接近正常组。结论:电针风池穴能调节脑缺血后DA的代谢紊乱。
Objective: To observe the changes of dopamine (DA) and its metabolites in the striatum after cerebral ischemia in rats and the effect of electro-acupuncture at Fengchi. Methods: 18 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and electroacupuncture group. Rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was used. The changes of DA and its metabolites in striatum and the effects of electroacupuncture on the striatum were observed by microdialysis sampling and HPLC-ED. Results: The contents of DA and HVA decreased and the contents of DOPAC increased slightly after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The content of DA and its metabolites on the 3rd day after EA intervention normal group. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Fengchi can regulate the metabolic disorder of DA after cerebral ischemia.
