为扩大煤矿提升机调速系统的调速范围,提高动态调节性能和减少对电网的谐波污染,提出一种基于双PWM控制的交直交变频调速方案。首先分析三相PWM整流器的工作原理并建立其在同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型。其次设计了采用前馈解耦的PWM整流器电压电流双闭环矢量控制策略。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立了双PWM变频调速系统的仿真模型,验证了所提控制策略的可行性和有效性。
In order to expand the speed regulation range of the hoist speed control system and improve the dynamic regulation performance and reduce the harmonic pollution to the power grid, a speed control scheme based on dual PWM control is proposed. First of all, the working principle of three-phase PWM rectifier is analyzed and its mathematical model under synchronous rotating coordinate system is established. Secondly, a double closed-loop vector control strategy of voltage-current PWM rectifier with feed-forward decoupling is designed. Finally, the simulation model of dual PWM frequency control system is established in MATLAB / Simulink environment, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
