目的:对盐酸胺碘酮注射液与临床常用输液的配伍进行分析研究。方法:模拟临床用药情况,将盐酸胺碘酮注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、10%果糖注射液三种临床常用输液进行配伍,并对配伍液的含量变化、外观性状及p H变化等进行观察。结果:盐酸胺碘酮注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液以及10%果糖注射液配伍后,p H值显著降低,含量随着时间的变化也在显著降低,并且盐酸胺碘酮注射液与10%果糖注射液配伍配伍后溶液的外观会逐渐变浑浊;而盐酸胺碘酮注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后,其外观、物理性状、p H值以及含量等等均未发生明显变化。结论:盐酸胺碘酮注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液有着良好的配伍稳定性,可以配合使用。
