省电子集团公司407医院是个规模不大的职工医院,从秦安县迁至天水市也只有短短的5年,但因收费合理,服务热情,吸引了越来越多的患者。并以“平民医院”、“爱民医院”的良好形象,成为甘肃省职业道德建设的先进单位。407医院地处城乡结合部,来看病的大多是普通职工和农民。为让病人满意,使医院在激烈的市场竞争中站得住脚并取得一定效益,院党政领导班子从实际出发,将“两个提高”(即医疗技术、医护服务态度的提高)和加强职业道德教育、医德医风建设作为医院建设的根本。为确保这一根本,医院针对有些医务人员的医疗技术水平不高、责任心不强,不能严格按医疗规定办事等问题,共修订、健全了各种规章制度46个,在全院临床科室及非临床科室、门诊、院部服务部门及管理人员之间建成了环环相扣的制度链,将奖与罚、
