临床治疗小面积烧伤常以抗生索抗感染,外用京万红、湿润烫伤膏等,创面深或发生感染时常使愈合时间延长。近年来我们采用CO_2激光扩束(散焦)照射配合治疗小面积烧伤43例(治疗组),并与单纯药物治疗的37例(对照组)比较,效果满意,报告如下。临床资料按就诊日期随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组男27例、女16例,年龄7～63岁,平均37.4岁;烧伤面积1.0×1.0cm～1.5％,Ⅰ°7例,浅Ⅱ°22例,深Ⅱ°10例,Ⅲ°4例;烧伤后就诊时间:2日内27例,3～5日8例,6～10日6例,
