本文对Millard法整复的113例单侧唇裂患者手术前后鼻、唇部各解剖结构的变化自身对比研究。结果表明Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°唇裂术后改善的指标占全部检测指标的比例分别为20％、60％、80％。但能改善到接近正常人生理性非对称率的指标占改善指标的比例则为Ⅰ°>Ⅱ°>Ⅲ°。与正常组对比研究可见术后上唇1项指标及鼻部三项指标未能达到正常值之列。表明Millard法对唇部修复的效果较为理想。
In this paper, the Millard method of 113 patients with unilateral cleft lip surgery before and after the nose and lip anatomical changes in their own comparative study. The results showed that the indexes of improvement after Ⅰ ° ~ Ⅲ ° cleft lip surgery accounted for 20%, 60% and 80% of the total test indexes respectively. However, the index that can be improved to the physiological asymmetry rate close to the normal rate is I °> Ⅱ °> Ⅲ °. Compared with the normal group, one index of the upper lip and three indexes of the nose failed to reach the normal value. Show Millard method of lip repair effect is more ideal.
