随着经济体制改革步伐的深入,企业正面临着如何推进技术进步和管理现代化,如何进一步提高企业素质和经济效益的问题。强化管理基础工作,是解决面临问题的关键。对此,本人提出如下几点看法供参考。一,提高企业领导人和管理人员的思想认识,是搞好管理基础工作的前提。我们煤炭企业管理基础工作还是十分薄弱的,表现在,企业内部还没有形成一套适应各种经济责任制的管理基础工作体系。反映在,原始记录不全,不准,定额不全,不能先进合理,标准化,计量工作和统计工作也不够健全等方面。
With the deepening of the pace of economic restructuring, companies are facing the issue of how to advance technological advancement and management modernization, and how to further improve the quality and economic efficiency of enterprises. Strengthening the basic management work is the key to solving the problems faced. In this regard, I propose the following points for reference. First, improving the ideological understanding of business leaders and managers is a prerequisite for doing a good job in management. The basic work of our coal enterprise management is still very weak, and we have shown that a set of management basic working systems that adapt to various economic responsibility systems has not yet formed within the company. It is reflected in the fact that the original records are incomplete, inaccurate, incomplete in quotas, incapable of advanced and rationalization, standardization, measurement work, and statistical work.
