鉴于现代飞机对刹车系统的可靠性、安全性、刹车性能要求的大幅度提高,设计了一种新型的飞机电动静液(EHA)刹车系统,并进行了系统建模研究。EHA系统集电动机控制的灵活性和液压大出力的双重优点于一体,大大减轻了飞机的质量。采用MATLAB/Simulink对电动静液(EHA)进行仿真分析,研究结构参数对系统性能的影响,设计最优控制算法提高系统性能。试验结果表明其性能满足先进飞机刹车系统的要求。
In view of the substantial increase of reliability, safety and braking performance requirements of modern aircraft, a new type of aircraft electro-hydrostatic (EHA) brake system is designed and a system modeling study is carried out. The EHA system combines the flexibility of motor control with the dual benefits of hydraulic power to greatly reduce aircraft quality. The simulation analysis of electrohydraulic liquid (EHA) is carried out by MATLAB / Simulink, the influence of structural parameters on the system performance is studied, and the optimal control algorithm is designed to improve the system performance. The test results show that its performance meets the requirements of advanced aircraft braking system.
