上海’97表面工程国际会议于1997年11月18日至21日在上海物贸大厦召开.在全体会议上,10余名国内外表面工程领域的知名专家作为特邀代表分别就面向21世纪的表面工程的发展方向、表面工程与社会经济发展的关系、复合表面处理技术的最新进展、铝质材料表面改性技术的发展现状、电镀技术的最新发展、离子注入技术的发展及其在半导体工业中的应用、表面微动磨损的定性及定量分析、利用现代焊接技术再生机器零件的研究现状等问题作了专题报告.此外,还组织了“物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积和离子注入技术”、“堆焊与热喷涂技术”、“电镀、电刷镀、化学镀和转化膜技术”、“激光、电子束及其它技术”四个技术分会场的交流.通过全体会议和技术分会的交流与探讨,与会代表一致认为,此次会议内容丰富,主题鲜明,气氛活跃,组织严密,既有表面工程基础理论的研究探索,又有表面工程工艺技术的实际应用,是科学家与工程师相互沟通的一次良机.
