给出了电解铜导电棒矫直机矫直工艺规程中各可调辊压下量的精确理论解。采用MATLAB软件编写了辊数及压弯挠度设计的计算机程序。通过有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对导电棒矫直过程的动态模拟研究其各阶段的等效应力及矫后平直度。
The precise theoretical solution of each adjustable roll reduction in the straightening process of the electro-conductive copper rod leveler is given. Using MATLAB software to write the number of roll and bending deflection design of the computer program. The finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to study the dynamic simulation of the straightening process of the conductive rods. The equivalent stress and straightening flatness of each phase were studied.
