采用自行编制的应激症候量表、艾森克个性问卷、A型行为问卷,对西南地区军队医院护士1153人进行调查,着重讨论不同人格特征军队护士应激症候的发生率及其相关关系。结果显示:内外向不稳定型、A型行为的护士仅有生理反应或同时具有心理、生理反应,46项应激症候平均检出率均高于内外向稳定型和B型行为的护士。应激症候检出与代表神经质维度的N分呈正相关,与代表掩饰度的L分呈负相关。说明神经类型不稳定和A型行为的护士容易产生应激反应;而具有较强掩饰度的护士,应激症候的发生率较低。建议护理管理者要重视对护士人格的教育和培训,塑造护士良好的角色人格,更好地为伤病员服务。
A self-prepared stress symptom questionnaire, Eysenck personality questionnaire and A-type behavioral questionnaire were used to investigate 1153 nurses in military hospitals in Southwest China. Emphasis was placed on the incidence of stress symptoms among military nurses with different personality traits and their correlations. The results showed that nurses with internal and external instability and type A behaviors had only physiological responses or psychological and physiological responses at the same time, and the average detection rate of 46 stress symptoms was higher than that of internal and external stable and type B behaviors. There was a positive correlation between stress symptom detection and N score, which represents the neuroticism dimension, and a negative correlation with L score, which represents masking degree. It shows that nurses with unstable neural type and type A behavior tend to have stress response, while nurses with strong masking degree have lower incidence of stress symptoms. Recommended nursing managers should pay attention to nurses personality education and training, nurses to shape a good character and personality, to better serve the sick and wounded.
