甲状腺机能亢进症(下简称甲亢)合并男性乳房发育症较少见,也未见单独报道,故将我院收治的一例报告如下。病例:男,50岁,因乏力、多食、消瘦、怕热、多汗三个月,双侧乳房肿痛20天而入院。患者于三个月前起感乏力、易饥饿、食量略增、体重下降10公斤、怕热、多汗、手震颤,但无明显心悸、性情改变及多饮、多尿等症状。近20天来感双侧乳房肿痛,以左侧为甚,但局部无红、热、全身无畏寒、发热。既往有高血压、慢性胆囊炎病史。体查:眼球无突出,甲状腺稍呈弥漫性肿大,未触及结节、甲状腺上动脉搏动增强,但未听到明显血管杂音。左侧乳头周围可触及一个3×3厘米的肿块,质中度硬,有轻度触痛,移动度尚可;右侧乳房有轻度触痛,但未触及肿块。心率100次/分,心律整 Hyperthyroidism (hereinafter referred to as hyperthyroidism) combined with male breast development is rare, have not seen a separate report, it will be admitted to our hospital as an example of the report below.
