How to understand “more than a year of work experience of the recent graduates ” This contradiction? First of all, I Is to try to figure out the original intention of employers: social and ivory tower is very different, employers do not want to use the personnel is too arrogant; and staff and students are different concepts, employers hope that the personnel used have basic professional qualifications; not to mention graduation Students familiar with the work flow of the unit needs a long period of time, employers do not want new talent in this period did not bring due benefits to the unit. Second, the specific reference to “work experience” is not limited to narrow-minded full-time work experience, but includes various levels of understanding such as part-time employment, social work, and social work. As a 2003 graduate who is looking for a job, I think first of all it should be admitted that it is of great benefit and even necessary for college students to participate in all kinds of activities while studying. I’ve worked part-time as a freelance writer, tutor, and magazine editor, and now I’ve just finished my internship for more than three months. Although I’m not sure how much I really have
