最近有少数地方和部门违背国务院有关文件规定,利用省、自治区、直辖市高等教育自学考试指导委员会的名义滥发学历证书,干扰了高等教育自学考试工作的健康发展,在社会上造成了不良影响。这种做法必须坚决予以纠正。为此,特通知如下。一、全国和省、自治区、直辖市高等教育自学考试指导委员会是国家授权的高等教育学历考试机构,根据国务院有关文件规定,其他部门和单位不应自行成立。二、高等教育自学考试是一种国家考试,应由各省、自治区、直辖市高等教育自学考试指导委员会统一组织,或由全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会协调安排,其他部门 Recently, a few localities and departments have violated the provisions of the State Council’s relevant documents and used the name of the Higher Education Self-Study Examination Steering Committee of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government to issue academic certificates.
