太平驿水电站总装机26万kW,长大引水系统,技术复杂,施工难度很大。工程建设于1991年7月开工,第一台机组于1994年1月比计划工期提前6个月发电。在建设中坚持改革,注重整体效益;坚持合同管理,发承包方尊重客观事实、风险共担,维护合同的严肃性;坚持设计优化;创造良好的外部条件,在保证工程质量、保证合理工期的同时,较好地控制了动态投资,工程效益显著。
