塔式结构是卫星产品中采用的一种新型结构形式,具有多面复合角度不易装调等特点,与传统的平板形式复合材料结构板装配有很大的不同。现场可视化虚拟装配技术针对这种形式产品的装配特点,运用计算机装配仿真技术,在装配现场对实物模型和理论模型进行对比分析,指导装调过程,保证了这种复杂构型产品的装配精度。
