以1年生石榴枝条为试材,选用河沙、育苗基质、壤土、蛭石4种固体基质与营养液、自来水2种液体基质进行扦插育苗试验,研究了不同基质对石榴插穗发芽率、死亡率、芽长等指标的影响以及这些指标随时间的变化情况。结果表明:河沙扦插育苗效果最好,15d石榴苗发芽率可达100.00%,70d生根率达94.86%,芽长、芽鲜质量和干质量、根数及须根发达程度均高于其它基质;育苗基质效果次之;壤土、自来水、蛭石和营养液效果较差。
One-year-old pomegranate shoots were used as test materials, four solid substrates such as river sand, nursery substrate, loam soil and vermiculite, nutrient solution and tap water were used in cutting propagation experiment. The effects of different substrates on the germination rate, mortality rate , Shoot length indicators and the impact of these indicators over time changes. The results showed that cuttage seedlings were the best, the germination rate of pomegranate seedlings reached 100.00% on the 15th day and the rooting rate reached 94.86% on the 70th day. The bud length, bud fresh weight, dry weight, root number and fibrous roots developed were higher than those of other substrates.
