本研究利用视网膜电凝器和自制的虹膜铲形电凝头行角膜层间电凝术治疗大泡性角膜病变,获得了满意效果。通过动物实验和临床观察,结果表明其所需电流量为75-90mA。该手术优于用虹膜铲在酒精灯上加热的角膜层间灼烙术。它使层间烧灼均匀,并得出量的参数,同时避免了切口处的过度灼伤。本文还对其作用机理及手术的注意点作了论述。
In this study, the use of retinal coagulator and self-made iris shovel coagulation head coagulation of corneal electrocoagulation in the treatment of bullous keratopathy, obtained satisfactory results. Through animal experiments and clinical observations, the results show that the amount of current required for its 75-90mA. This procedure is superior to corneal intercostal cautery with an iris shovel heated on an alcohol lamp. It burns evenly between layers and draws a volumetric parameter while avoiding excessive burns at the incision. This article also discusses its mechanism of action and the attention of surgery.
