最近,武陟县卫生局推出深化卫生改革新措施。一是打破工人和干部界线,基层领导和职工全部实行聘任制。二是精简机构,分流消肿,局机关把原来的13个股室合并为4个,工作人员由32人精简为26人。每人每月工资只发基本工资的70%,30%作为浮动工资,根据完成工作目际情况年终统一进行奖惩。局直属单位也开始实行优化组合。三是改革经费使用办法。
