介绍了小铁山矿高品位残矿的回收工艺。小铁山矿矿体赋存条件差 ,开采初期曾试验过多种采矿方法 ,在不同采矿方法衔接部位形成了许多的积压矿体和大小不等的冒落区。为安全高效回收该部分矿体 ,分别采用了下向和上向进路式采矿法回采 ,在回采过程中针对冒落区残矿采用了注浆加固、采准方式和回采顺序优化、凿岩爆破及支护措施改进、加强充填管理等综合技术手段 ,安全高效地回收了该部分矿产资源 ,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
The recovery technology of high grade residual ore in Xiaoshan Iron Mine is introduced. The ore body of Xiaotieshan Mine is poorly developed. Various mining methods have been tested in the early stage of mining. Many backlog ore bodies and caving zones of different sizes have been formed at the interface of different mining methods. In order to safely and efficiently recover this part of the ore body, we adopted the down-directional and upward-way mining methods, respectively. In the process of recovery, the grouting reinforcement, mining method and mining sequence optimization were adopted for the residual ore in the caving area. Blasting and support measures to improve, strengthen the filling management and other comprehensive technical means, safe and efficient recovery of the part of the mineral resources, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
