随着我国科教兴国政策的确立,国民接受教育的权利正逐渐提高,各音乐艺术院校的招生规模也在逐渐扩大之中。从原先的精英教育模式到目前的精英与大众普及性教育的办学方针相结合,已是艺术类高校教育发展的必然趋势。正因为如此,如何在生源较以往成倍扩大之后,教师在原有的教学工作量也在成倍增长之时能够继续保证与提高教学质量的问题,切切实实地摆在了我们的面前。
With the establishment of the policy of rejuvenating our country through science and education, the rights of our citizens to education are gradually increasing, and the enrollment of music and arts colleges is gradually expanding. From the original elite education model to the present elite and popular education policy of running a school, it is an inevitable trend of art education in colleges and universities. Because of this, how to continue to ensure and improve the quality of teaching when the original teaching workload is exponentially increasing after the student population multiplies from the previous times, and put it in a down-to-earth manner.
