国外语言学家对以英语为母语的成年人在听、说、读、写四个方面的交际活动做了调查,结果表明听占45%,说占30%,读占16%,写占9%,听最重要。然而就我国目前的英语教学状况来看,听力是学生普遍存在的薄弱环节。因此,如何提高听力就成为当务之急、重中之重。影响英语听力水平提高的因素很多,可分为语言因素和非语言因素。
Foreign linguists surveyed communicative activities of English-speaking adults in four aspects: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
