我院1982～1987年做踏车运动试验4784例次,发现7例运动性柬支阻滞,现分析如下.所有受试者运动试验开始前均做常规心电图描记.运动性束支传导阻滞按常规标准诊断。依据临床症状及运动试验的适应证分为典型心绞痛或曾发生心肌梗塞(5例)和不典型心绞痛(2例)两类.
Our hospital from 1982 to 1987, 4784 cases of treadmill exercise test and found that 7 cases of movement of the Cambodial block, are analyzed as follows.All subjects before exercise began to do conventional electrocardiogram.Motion bundle branch block According to the conventional standard diagnosis. According to clinical symptoms and exercise test indications are divided into typical angina or myocardial infarction (5 cases) and atypical angina (2 cases) two categories.
