本文结合我院教学发展的实际,对具有中国特色的产学合作教育规律进行了探讨,认为产学合作教育的动力源,在于产业部门与高等学校都须树立起关于人才的培养是双方共同事业的观念。在目前情况下,学校开发自身一方的主动性尤为重要。产学合作教育的结合点,在宏观上,既要紧扣社会生产的发展,又要着眼于教育与培养人才,在实施上,产学双方必须互相沟通,密切交流,高度配合。文章还从社会的发展与人的自身发展之间的辩证关各系以及党的教育方针的高度,对产学合作教育作了理论上的探讨。
Based on the actual development of teaching in our college, this article discusses the law of cooperation between industry and education with Chinese characteristics. It holds that the motivation of cooperative education between production and study lies in the fact that industrial departments and colleges and universities must set up a common undertaking about the cultivation of talents. Concept. In the present circumstances, the initiative of the school to develop one’s own side is of particular importance. In the macroscopic view, the combination point of production-academy cooperation education should be closely linked with the development of social production, with a view to educating and training qualified personnel. In practice, both the production and study professors must communicate with each other and communicate closely with each other. The article also makes a theoretical discussion on the cooperative education of production and learning from the dialectical relations between the development of society and the development of human beings as well as the height of the party’s education policy.
