目的 探讨妊高征患者红细胞膜Na+K+ATP酶活性及细胞内面钙结合量和膜脂质过氧化状况,了解其与妊高征发病的关系。方法 测定29 例高征患者、24 例正常孕妇红细胞膜Na+K+ATP酶活性、红细胞膜内面钙结合量及血清丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果 妊高征组Na+K+ATP酶、膜内面Ca+ + 结合量和SOD量均低下正常孕妇组,MDA 量高于正常孕妇组,两组比较具有显著性(P< 0-01) 。结论 妊高征患者红细胞膜的生化、生理功能均有显著性变化,于妊高征的发生、发展有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the activity of Na + K + ATP in erythrocyte membrane and the amount of intracellular calcium binding and membrane lipid peroxidation in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), and to investigate the relationship between PIH and pathogenesis of PIH. Methods The erythrocyte membrane Na + K + ATPase activity, the content of calcium in the erythrocyte membrane and the levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined in 29 cases of exacerbation patients and 24 normal pregnant women. Results Compared with normal pregnant women, the levels of Na + K + ATPase, Ca + + binding and SOD in the PIH group were significantly lower than those in the normal pregnant women (P <0-01). Conclusion The biochemical and physiological functions of erythrocyte membrane in patients with PIH have significant changes, which are closely related to the occurrence and development of PIH.
