采用共沉淀—相转化法制备出Dy0.15Fe1.85O3纳米磁颗粒,用月桂酸进行了在线有机改性,干燥后用中间体包覆,在超声振荡下将其分散在硅油中,得到硅油基磁流体。研究了月桂酸用量(wt)对磁颗粒性能及中间体用量(wt)对磁流体稳定性的影响。用TEM、XRD对磁颗粒进行表征、用SQUID、VSM对样品的磁性能进行测试。结果表明:在n(Fe2+)/n(Fe3+)/n(Dy3+)=1:2:0.011,反应温度为50℃,月桂酸用量为0.05g/g(磁颗粒),中间体用量为(0.42~0.58)g/g(磁颗粒)的条件下,制得的磁流体具有较强的稳定性和优异的磁性能。
Dy0.15Fe1.85O3 nano-magnetic particles were prepared by coprecipitation-phase inversion method, and were modified online with lauric acid. After drying, they were coated with an intermediate and dispersed in silicone oil under ultrasonic vibration to obtain silicone oil-based Magnetic fluid. The effects of the amount of lauric acid (wt) on the magnetic properties and the amount of intermediates (wt) on the magnetic fluid stability were investigated. The magnetic particles were characterized by TEM and XRD, and the magnetic properties of the samples were tested by SQUID and VSM. The results showed that the amount of lauric acid was 0.05g / g (magnetic particles) and the amount of intermediate was (0.42) at n (Fe2 +) / n (Fe3 +) / n (Dy3 +) = 1: 2: 0.011 and the reaction temperature was 50 ℃. ~ 0.58) g / g (magnetic particles) conditions, the magnetic fluid obtained with strong stability and excellent magnetic properties.
