本文研究了单一因素、复方因素以及综合因素对芸薹属芥菜型(Brassica juncea)自生种质R001深休眠种子的破眠效果。结果表明:(1)单一因素的破眠方法,无论是物理因素(针刺、变温、风干或干热处理),或者是化学因素(C_2H_5OH、H_2O_2、NaNO_3或GA_3),对于解除R001种子的深休眠,效果不甚显著,发芽率在24.09%以下。(2)复方的破眠方法,包括风干结合GA_2、风干结合变温以及变温结合GA,对R001种子的萌发具有明显的促进作用,发芽率可以达到45.43%以上,其中又以GA_3给合变温处理效果较佳。(3)用干(25—30天)、GA_3(200ppm)、变温(4—30℃)三者相结合的综合破眠方法,能使全部R001深休眠种子的萌发,发芽率为100%,破眠程度(DBE)值达到1.00。
In this paper, the effect of single factor, compound factor and comprehensive factor on the hypnotic effect of deep dormancy seed R001 of Brassica juncea autotrophic germplasm were studied.
