随着智能电网的快速发展和经济发展方式的转变,电力企业对于人才能力水平的要求越来越高,对电力企业的人才资源管理要求也越来越精细化。如何提高电力企业员工的综合素质能力,实现电力企业人力资源的精益化管理是当前很多电力企业亟待解决的问题,中国电力行业现在也面临这一局面。为了推动电力企业的内部发展,走上创新的道路,建立符合自身特点的人力资源精益化管理是非常必要的。本文从精益化管理的方法入手,深入探究了如何在智能电网背景下对电力企业内部进行展开,来实现人力资源精益化管理的目标,提高电力企业的工作效率,赶上世界发展的潮流。
With the rapid development of smart grid and the change of economic development mode, the requirements of power enterprises on the level of talent capability are getting higher and higher, and the requirements on talent resource management of power enterprises are also becoming more and more sophisticated. How to improve the overall quality and capability of employees in power enterprises and realize the lean management of human resources in power enterprises are the urgent problems to be solved by many power enterprises at present, and the power industry in China is facing this situation now. In order to promote the internal development of power companies, embark on the path of innovation, and establish their own characteristics of human resources management is essential for lean. This article starts with the method of lean management, probes into how to start the internal development of power enterprises in the background of smart grid to achieve the goal of lean management of human resources, improve the efficiency of power enterprises and catch up with the trend of world development.
