由于中原油田高温高盐特点,常规的聚合物驱、表面活性剂驱受到限制,为了探索适应于中原油田提高采收率的技术,开展了CO2驱技术研究,通过CO2驱最小混相压力研究,确定目标区块可实现混相驱;进行了长岩心驱替实验,水气交替注入可大幅提高采收率(17.41%)。针对油藏特点,研究了注采过程中的防腐技术,筛选了H-20型缓蚀剂,研究出了专用CO2防气窜体系控制气体流度,优选了濮1-1井组进行现场试验,目前井组提高采收率5.5%,预测采收率将增加8.3个百分点,该项目的成功实施可为中原油田提高采收率提供指导。
Due to the high temperature and high salinity characteristics of Zhongyuan oilfield, conventional polymer flooding and surfactant flooding are limited. In order to explore the technologies that are suitable for oil recovery enhancement in Zhongyuan oilfield, a CO2 flooding technology research was conducted. Through the study on the minimum mixed phase pressure of CO2 flooding, The target block can be mixed flooding. After the long core flooding experiment was carried out, the alternate injection of water and gas could greatly enhance the recovery ratio (17.41%). Aiming at the characteristics of reservoir, the anticorrosive technology in injection and production process was studied, H-20 corrosion inhibitor was screened, and the control gas flow of special CO2 gas-tight channeling system was developed. At present, the well group has enhanced the recovery rate by 5.5% and the predicted recovery rate will increase by 8.3%. The successful implementation of this project can provide guidance for the oil recovery in the Central Plains.
