通过对高原实验家兔骨髓幼红细胞岛中心巨噬细胞的超微结构形态计量研究。发现在急性低氧时期,该细胞内线粒体数量有所下降,线粒体平均体积增大,同时各级溶酶体数量平缓上升,但其平均体积急剧增大,其中次级溶酶体和残余体所占比例,随停留高原时间延长有增大趋势。细胞内粗面内质网体积分数增加不显著,上述细胞器结构和数量的改变提示,低氧对骨髓内巨噬细胞的功能有一定的抑制作用。本文就上述研究结果进行了讨论。
Ultrastructural morphometric studies of macrophages in rabbit bone marrow erythrocyte island at high altitude were performed. It was found that during the acute hypoxia period, the number of mitochondria decreased, the average volume of mitochondria increased, meanwhile the number of lysosomes at all levels increased steadily, but the average volume increased sharply. The secondary lysosomes and remnant Proportion, with the extension of the plateau to extend the trend. The intracellular rough endoplasmic reticulum volume fraction increase is not significant, the above changes in the structure and number of organelles suggest that hypoxia on the function of bone marrow macrophages have a certain degree of inhibition. This article discusses the above findings.
