In order to increase the temperature of the hot air (that is, to raise the flue gas temperature in front of the heat exchanger), we laid a 30 mm thick high-alumina aluminum fiber mat on the inner surface of No.5 furnace flue (60m ~ 2). Before and after taking this measure, the relevant parameters were recorded and measured. See graph 1 and comparison table. The effect of the heat insulation of the flue is as follows: 1. Since the average hot air temperature is 1.38 ℃ higher than that before adiabatic heating, the heat loss of steel is reduced by 3.2 × 10 ~ 4 kcal / tonne, equivalent to saving 3.65-3 gas per tonne of steel ingot 6.3% of ingot burn). 2. Since the flue gas from the preheater is higher than before
